About the Company Settlekarade is an organization focused on preparing candidates for employment through structured training programs and placement support.
Program Commitment Settlekarade offers a “Get Job or Full Refund” commitment, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Course Tenure The total duration of the program is 2 years, which includes:
1 Year Training Program
1 Year Placement Support
Candidates are required to actively participate throughout the entire tenure.
Refund Policy
Users are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee paid, subject to eligibility criteria.
Refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels designated by Settlekarade.
All refunds are processed within 30 business days from the date of approval.
The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility before approving any refund request.
Refund Eligibility Condition
To qualify for a refund under the “Get Job or Full Refund” policy:
The candidate must complete the full 2-year tenure (training + placement support).
Refund requests will only be considered after completion of the full program duration.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable under any circumstances in the following cases:
No refund will be provided before completion of the total course tenure of 2 years (1+1).
A candidate must wait for 2 years before claiming a refund.
A candidate cannot initiate a refund request before 2 years from the date of joining.
Verification Rights
Settlekarade reserves the right to:
Evaluate the candidate’s eligibility for refund
Verify participation, performance, and compliance
Approve or reject refund requests based on internal assessment criteria
Limitation of Liability
Settlekarade does not guarantee job placement timelines or specific salary outcomes. The refund policy is the sole financial liability of the company under this program.
Modification of Terms
Settlekarade reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
